However, as the logistics sector has experienced significant fluctuations in the last two years due to the pandemic and supply crisis, and as digitalization has shown its effect during this period, it became essential for Globelink Ünimar to include business intelligence as part of its digital infrastructure.

As it became difficult to predict the impact of the fluctuations, Globelink Ünimar realized that data-driven insights and analysis will boost decision-making processes and would help the company achieve its strategic goals.

TURBOARD team and Globelink Ünimar’s IT department worked closely together to develop and introduce a platform that would serve the above mentioned goal. With the BI experience of TURBOARD and the logistics digitalization experience of Globelink Ünimar, a BI-powered platform (TURBOARD white-labeled as UNIBOX) was launched in March 2022 as a new stage in Globelink Ünimar digitalization activities.

Globelink Ünimar uses a decent ERP system to manage all their day-to-day business activities for their various departments and units. UNIBOX analyzes and visualizes all the streaming data in real-time, and provides insights through comprehensive financial, budget and performance dashboards.
