Bursa Pharmacists Cooperative (commonly referred to as BEK in Turkish) is one of Turkey's largest pharmacist cooperatives, located in Bursa. With over 8,000 members and more than 2,000 employees, BEK operates through 29 distribution centers across 27 provinces.

Since 1979, BEK has played a vital role in the supply, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceutical products, holding an 11% market share. Beyond its core operations, BEK has diversified into sectors such as insurance, tourism, education, and technology, further solidifying its position as an industry leader in Turkey.

BEK faced significant challenges in consolidating data and streamlining its reporting process. Data was scattered across multiple systems, including its CRM and Inventory Management systems, making reporting inefficient and time-consuming.
