Case study: Reducing Unnecessary C-sections with Robson Classification Analysis
Project: Development of SINA (Statistical and Causal Analysis in Health) Application by TURBOARD
Location: Turkey
How we did it: TURBOARD leveraged its expertise in SINA Application, a white-labeled solution, to analyze electronic health record (EHR) data spanning from 2015 to the present day.
Leveraging the globally recognized Robson classification system, which serves as a benchmark for evaluating C-section rates within and across healthcare facilities, the analysis yielded highly promising results.
Most notably, it identified C-sections performed unnecessarily and facilitated a significant reduction in unnecessary C-sections, fostering safer childbirth experiences for both mothers and babies.
We’d love to hear from you. Contact us and tell us about your healthcare software analytics challenges, and let us show you how TURBOARD unlocks the potential of your health data.
